The McIntyre is a joystick for people who can‚Äôt use their hands. Can be mounted on a gooseneck stand. You manipulate the stick in your mouth to move the cursor while your tongue presses down on a button on top of the stick for clicking. An image of the keyboard appears on the bottom of the screen. Users can select letters and carry out most keyboard functions. Extremely sensitive.
